2 pcs 1x1 ID PICTURE (Colored / Black & White)
Certificate of NO INCOME issued by Barangay Captain
Applicant must turn 17-25 yrs. Of age this year
Note:
1. Kindly proceed to the STP OFFICE at the TVED Department with all the required documents.
COLLEGE GRADUATES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
2. Entrance exam will be given as soon as all requirements are submitted
3. Bring ballpen and pencil
4. Bring official receipt duly signed by the cashier
