Students are encouraged to express their ideas, suggestions and grievances to any of the College faculty or staff whom they already felt comfortable with. However, it is an act of courtesy and propriety to pass through proper channels and never bypass immediate authority.

When the nature or urgency of the matter demands it, students may approach directly the Dean, or the Spiritual Moderator, or the Rector.
