  • Admission Requirements

     

              For Incoming Freshmen and Transferees:

                    -Any identification card

                    -Examination fee - PhP 250.00

     

    Enrollment Requirements

     

              For Incoming Freshmen:

                    -CEM exam results

                    -Original copy of high school report card

                    -Certified copy of birth certificate (from the Civil Registrar)

                    -Certified copy of good moral character (from school last attended)

                    -2pcs. 2x2 identical photos (black & white / colored with white background)

                    -Entrance fee - PhP 2,000.00 (amount is deductible to the total tuition  fee)

     

              For Transferees:

                    -CEM exam results

                    -Certificate of Transfer Credentials (CTC) (formerly Honorable Dismissal)

                    -Certified copy of birth certificate (from the Civil Registrar)

                    -Certified copy of good moral character (from school last attended)

                    -2pcs. 2x2 identical photos (black & white / colored with white background)

                    -Entrance fee - PhP 2,000.00 (amount is deductible to the total tuition  fee)


    ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

    • General Procedure:
      • 1. See the Record’s Clerk and submit credential at the Registrar’s Office (Clearance, CTC, Report Card, etc.)
        2. Fill out completely the Personal Profile and Registration Form
        3. Submit Registration Form for evaluation to the Chairpersons at the College Faculty Room
        4. Have the Student Agreement Form signed by the Student Affairs Officer
        5. Have the Registration Form approved by the Dean
        6. Pay the required enrolment fee to the Cashier and get the Official Receipt.
        7. New students must have their pictures taken for their I.D. Card
        8. Fill out class cards at the Registrar’s Office
        9. Have the Registration Form signed by the Registrar for confirmation
        10. For the plotting of schedule, note that it is posted in the Bulletin Boards at the College lobby.

      Change of Subjects:
      • 1. With the approval of the Dean, students may change subjects during the prescribed period of registration. Three copies of the prescribed form for this purpose should be duly accomplished.
        2. After the registration period but within reglementary period allowed, any change of subject will require the signature of the teacher which the student is presently enrolled without prejudice to the Dean’s approval.
        3. Approval for change of subject/s does not carry with it an assurance of accommodation in the new subject desired by the student.
        4. A processing fee will be charged accordingly.

      Cross Enrolment:
      • 1. Requirements for Cross-Enrollees to Don Bosco or to another College:
        • a. Permit to cross-enroll signed by the Dean and the Registrar
          b. Long course description of subject to be enrolled
          c. Maximum number of units for cross-enrollee
          • Regular Semester – 6 units
          • Summer – 3 units
          d. Permit to cross enroll is issued
          e. Overload should be 6 units for graduating students
